We encourage you to use POSLAJU shipping as it is fast, reliable & efficient. POSLAJU is applicable to all Malaysian Destinations. Items will reach u within 2 working days.

 

If u would like an alternative shipping, Registered Postage can be used. However, through experience, it may sometimes takes up to 2 weeks to reach you. In some cases, the item being sent back to us because when the postman tried to deliver it, no one was able  to receive it, so the postman brought the package back to your local post office. When this package is left un-collected for about 7 days, it will be sent back to us sender.

 

For International Buyers (other than from Malaysia) , we offer shipping with Registered Air-Mail. We charge nominal shipping and handling to your item or items won. We gladly do combine shipping, but do email us before hand for the quotes for the combine shipping.

All items posted either with Poslaju or Registered Post or Registered Airmail can be tracked and traced @ www.pos.com.my

Therefore, there should not be any dispute or problem which arises from us not delivering your goods/item(s) won.

Handling means the fees/costs involved such as time, petrol, wrapping, envelopes, boxes etc for your winnings/ item won.
