All approved returns must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in their original undamaged carton with original packing materials. A 25% restock fee is charged for ALL returns/refunds - no exceptions. Again .. ALL returns MUST have an RMA # from our customer service dept. We will give you then our Returns Warehouse address.
